Proposed 17-storey tower overlooking Kennington Park We have been contacted by the Build Better Kennington 409 group who are objecting to proposals to build a 17-storey tower of student accommodation adjacent to the Grade 2 listed Kennington Park. | 4. Planning News. A couple of planning applications are now live: 25/AP/0978 and 25/AP/0979 for the redevelopment of the West site at the E&C (where the London College of Communication is currently located). 25/AP/1458 – Bath House Rear Of 33 Manor Place SE17 3BD – Listed building consent for internal alterations to create a multi-purpose indoor sport and recreation facility. We hope to be able to discuss this in detail at our June meeting PLUS HubLiving are understood to be holding information sessions at the Tree House, 12-13 June, from 11am to 7pm about their revised proposals for the H1 site at the northern end of the Walworth Road.
